Active Investors Club was founded in 2025 with a mission to maximize long-term value for members through the unapologetic embrace of capitalism, meritocracy, and innovation. Following our filing in December 2025, we became Active Investors Club LLC — a company whose primary objectives are to (i) accumulate Bitcoin exposure; (ii) increase Bitcoin exposure per-share; and (iii) outperform Bitcoin over the long run by deploying both beta Bitcoin exposure accumulation strategies and alpha investment strategies with the goal of beating Bitcoin’s investment performance as the hurdle rate.

Active Investors Club LLC, a Limited Liability company registered with the Florida Division of Corporations, is an unregulated entity limited to 100 members or fewer and less than $25 Million in assets under management (“AUM”). All members are actively involved in making investment decisions.
